On November 14, 2007 the blood bank of Delmarva came to the University of Delaware in collaboration with the Colonial Athletic Association and various student organizations to host the 6th annual CAA blood challenge. Informational pamphlets and flyers were distributed to prospective donors throughout the UD campus by our cluster, in an effort to gain awareness of the Blood Bank of Delmarva among the student body. The experience of donating blood left our cluster with a roller coaster of feelings, going from being anxious and nervous to internally satisfied and content. The presentation will display the many facts and figures our cluster has learned about blood donation and how our cluster applied this knowledge to the promotion of this acclaimed event.
