When we found out that we had to work together to complete a community service project, we really wanted to use our expertise in order to help the majority of those around us. Our community consists mostly of University of Delaware students who are constantly bogged down with work, activities, and trying to live independently in a place they may not be too familiar with. Facing computer issues should not be an added stress so we are hoping to provide support to our peers in an area we are most knowledgeable in. As Computer Science and Information Systems majors, we have put our passion into creating a beneficial website titled Tek Hen Help which is an online forum available for all UD students to contact us via email with any questions or concerns they may have regarding computers. We have broken our cluster into committees that pertain to different categories of computer issues within our website. We have made ourselves readily available for the entire UD community ensuring them that we'll try our hardest to rid their computer worries for absolutely no charge. This community service project has helped us grow into our own tight-knit community and made us feel a great sense of accomplishment by pointing out our strengths and capabilities!
