The Alzheimer's Association Memory Walk for the Delaware Valley Region was held on November 3, 2007 . At this walk, two life clusters volunteered their time and effort to help raise over $200,000. The volunteers helped coordinate registration and also helped ready supplies for food and water distribution. From this experience, students gathered a better understanding of Alzheimer's and how it affects others. The students enjoyed interacting with the walkers and sponsors. What really caught the students' eyes was how each walker wore a T-shirt to commemorate a loved one with Alzheimer's. Overall, the walk was a great success for both the Alzheimer's Association and the students in the Life clusters.
